If you are moving out of your apartment soon or simply want to do some deep cleaning, you might need a few hacks to help speed the process along. Here are three easy tips to trying during your cleaning process.
 

Gum: if you have gum stuck in your carpet, get an ice cube and freeze it for a minute or two and then just scoop it up with a spoon. It should work like a charm.
 
Kitchen cabinets: make a vegetable oil and baking soda mix and apply it with a toothbrush over those sticky cabinets. The mix is powerful and should leave your kitchen sparkling like new.
 
Shaving cream: if you are out of soap and need something to help clean up a mess, try using shaving cream instead. Shaving cream is essentially whipped soap to being with, so it will work great.
