Exemplary Service
When we returned from taking our dogs out for a walk, our keys would not unlock our door at 9pm at night. And our dog needed ... his medication. We were lucky to get Greg Martin who responded to our call for help and managed to get us into the apartment as he discovered the lock had failed and could not be opened with the key. We are very thankful and grateful that Greg came to the rescue during this COVID-19 restriction! He should get a bonus and a pay raise :). Charges
My concern is about the charges which changes every month. I don’t understand why the trash charge from last month to this ... month has gone up almost $5.00. What is utility billing fee ? Usually all these charges is owners responsibility and tenant pays for rent. But here I as a tenant pay average of $70.24 per month which does not make sense to me. Thank you for submitting your inquiry regarding utility billing. Utility amounts will vary as an electricity bill fluctuates from month to month.
The utility billing fee is the processing fee charged by our third-party processor. Cities also impose their own trash or sewer increases which we have no control over.
We outline our utility procedures thoroughly in our lease agreement prior to move in or upon a lease renewal. I can gladly provide you with a copy of such if you need one. Please feel free to stop by our leasing office or contact me directly if you’d like to go over these documents together for more clarity.
