The Electric Dusk Drive-In is located just thirty minutes away and is one of Los Angeles’ most popular drive-in theaters! Now through September, the Electric Dusk is having their annual “Summer Movie Nights” event, so it's the perfect time to get a group of friends together and head to the drive-in.      Still searching for 4th of July plans? Well, look no further, as the 19th Annual 4th of July Spectacular will be held just up the road in Porter Ranch, CA! The two-block street fair brought over 50,000 visitors last year, so this year promises to be a spectacular like no other. The family-friendly event will include live music, free inflatable jumps and face-painting, live reenactments, and a whopping twenty-one-minute fireworks finale! Also, don’t forget to come hungry as dozens of local food vendors will be in attendance. The best part of all? The spectacular is free to enter!

     Why drive into Los Angeles, on one of the city’s busiest days, when you can enjoy Independence Day close to home? The 4th of July Spectacular is hosted by the Shepherd Church, and more information can be found on their website, www.theshepherd.org.
