Walk Across the Street for Memorial Day

Not sure what to do Memorial Day Weekend? Well just walk across the street to the Van Nuys-Sherman Oaks War Memorial Park because they are holding their annual Memorial Day Weekend Festival. 

It's so nice that the City holds this event! They have rides (including a Ferris wheel and mini roller coaster), carnival games with prizes, and a stage for live entertainment. There are also many local refreshment options.

There is no charge to enter, and you pay per the ride (usually three tickets, $1 apiece)

The Van Nuys-Sherman Oaks War Memorial Park is a great place to spend time with family any weekend! It features a Tennis Court, Community Pool, Baseball Diamond, Basketball Courts, Childrens Play Area, Football Field, Indoor Gym, Picnic Tables, Soccer Field, Volleyball Courts, and Jogging Path. 

This event is located right across the street from Krystal Terrace so it couldn't be any more convenient for you!
